Traveling as Couple
You sometimes get what you pay for, however this time we did not. Beds not made up with clean sheets, found an underarm deodorant tube in between the bed sheets had to go get clean sheets from the office. Plastic bags left in the bath tub. (I paid extra for the Jacuzzi tub) Electric wires next to front door exposed. The plastic exterior channel was broken and the wires were hanging out enough that the door, when swung open could be pinched. The hotel guests were noisy late at night. The front desk was very helpful. We called 4 times because I was lost, & she was very pleasant, and helpful. She never got short or frustrated with me.

If your going to a breakfast area open from a certain time to a certain time, you need to have more than crumbs from the bottom of the box in your bowls etc.

Because of the construction there was no place to park. Also the construction materials were all over the place. Maybe after the construction is over it will be nice to stay.

Overall, nice. Nothing amazing, but the sitting area in the room was a great feature, and the continental breakfast definitely made life easier (and more affordable). I felt pretty safe as far as cleanliness/not picking up any scary bacteria goes, but was annoyed that the bed was made incorrectly. The bottom sheet was tucked in too much at the top, leaving the mattress exposed to my feet at the bottom of the bed. We had to re make the bed before we went to sleep, and I was a bit annoyed, but the problem didn't re appear the e next day. ...read more
